Policies

Hotel Policies:

  • ➤ Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
  • ➤ Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
  • ➤ Front Desk hours: 24 hours with night window
  • ➤ Check-in requirements: At time of check-in guest must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals. No debit or prepaid cards accepted. Must be 21 years or older to rent a room.
  • ➤ Additional cost for rollaway beds or cribs if applicable: None available
  • ➤ Any additional fees or fines: Cleaning fee may apply. Maximum $10 per night.

Cancellation Policy:

  • ➤ 24 hours in advance except during Spring Break events.
  • ➤ Spring Break events require a 7 day cancellation notice or one night penalty for no shows.

Pet Policy:

  • ➤ Pet Type: Service dogs only
  • ➤ Cost per night/per pet: cleaning fee applicable on check inn.
  • ➤ Maximum pet allowance: none.
  • ➤ Any additional pet policies – Pets must be declared when making reservation. Leash requirements.

Smoking Policy:

  • ➤ 100% non-smoking property.
  • ➤ Penalty of $100 applies to smoking in a room.
  • ➤ Smoking only allowed in designated outside area.

Additional Information:

  • ➤ Pool access 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • ➤ Only registered guests allowed in guest rooms.
  • ➤ Children under 14 not allowed in pools unless with adult supervision.
  • ➤ We welcome all guests.
