Hotel Policies:

- ➤ Check-in requirements: At time of check-in guest must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals. No debit or prepaid cards accepted. Must be 21 years or older to rent a room.

Cancellation Policy:
- ➤ 24 hours in advance except during Spring Break events.
- ➤ Spring Break events require a 7 day cancellation notice or one night penalty for no shows.

- ➤ Cost per night/per pet: cleaning fee applicable on check inn.
- ➤ Maximum pet allowance: none.
- ➤ Any additional pet policies – Pets must be declared when making reservation. Leash requirements.

- ➤ Penalty of $100 applies to smoking in a room.
- ➤ Smoking only allowed in designated outside area.
